Many people come to Sedona for spiritual renewal and rejuvenation. It's one of the most beautiful and spiritual places on earth. Because there are businesses that want to get you in a helicopter or jeep or sell you a timeshare, you'll hear a lot about that. But you might not hear about the best things about Sedona - because they are free - like taking yourself out on a hike or to the stupa or stargazing. There isn't much of a buzz for getting out on the land to enjoy nature. That is precisely what you could do to make the most of this place (if you are able to).

Getting to & around Sedona
Unfortunately, there is no public transportation to Sedona. Most people fly into Phoenix, however there is an airport in Flagstaff that offers limited service. Phoenix is about a two hour drive, whereas Flagstaff is closer to 45 minutes. You can get a shuttle to and from the Phoenix Airport or rent a car.

The Fork in the Road or Cucina Rustica are both great. Both on the same side as the Hilton, near each other.
If you are in the city of Sedona check out:
Rene’s – in Tlaquepaque pretty pricey though. Elegant - lunch on the patio, dinner inside.
Dahl & DiLuca Italian food in West Sedona, you’ll need reservations - romantic with piano music – everyone loves it!
Shugrue’s is good too – lunch or early dinner, eat on the deck for a great view of the Red Rocks, located in the Hillside Shops.
And Sedona Rouge’s restaurant, Reds, it has a great lounge with live music - good food and wine in West Sedona.
For Breakfast, treat yourself to the best breakfast at L'Auberge by the creek or Sunday Brunch at Yavapai Restaurant in the red rocks at Enchantment Resort.
